About the project

This residential development is located in a private estate in lekki Epe ,Lagos State. 

The clients brief was to design a semi-detached building. Said apartments being made up of 3 bedrooms with Lounge ,dining ,kitchen and a complementary guest room  per unit.

 

The total area amount  to about  642 m2 of building area. Said units are supported with a large recreational facility not further than 200 meters from the  building . Parking for 6 cars
